Description
Brightpoint is hiring a full-time Cook for its Mitzi Freidheim Englewood Child & Family Center. The role prepares and serves nutritious meals and snacks for children and adults, purchases and stores food and supplies, plans menus, maintains the kitchen, and supervises other kitchen staff as needed. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent experience, basic reading, writing, and budgeting skills, one year of quantitative cooking experience, knowledge of nutritional needs, a physical examination, and Food Sanitation Certification. Compensation is $17.05–$18.50 per hour, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
