The Cook II is an experienced culinary professional preparing and cooking high-quality food in a luxury resort kitchen. The role works within a designated station, follows recipes and chef direction, maintains food quality and presentation, supports inventory and food-safety procedures, and may mentor junior team members. The position requires at least two to three years of culinary experience in a luxury hotel, resort, fine-dining restaurant, or upscale kitchen, with a culinary degree or professional training preferred.
