The role involves maintaining CACFP records, ensuring food safety and sanitation, supervising kitchen staff, accommodating allergies and special diets, supporting parent meetings, and assisting with center operations and child supervision. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, a Pennsylvania driver’s license, relevant clearances and health screenings, ServSafe, and Pediatric First Aid/CPR certification; experience with volume cooking and public serving is preferred.
