A food service kitchen role responsible for preparing home-style meals for large groups, following recipes, organizing food preparation and kitchen operations, purchasing supplies and raw food, maintaining sanitation and records, and assisting with dining room service. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 5:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., with every other weekend from 5:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; pay is $11–$14 per hour based on experience.
