Responsibilities include monitoring food quality, collaborating with chefs to develop new dishes, coordinating with kitchen staff, mentoring junior cooks, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 3+ years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably high-volume or fine dining.

Strong English language proficiency, with a second language being a plus.
Computer literate with strong Microsoft Office knowledge.
