Api Restauration is hiring a Cook (M/F) for its company restaurant in Sillé-le-Guillaume, serving 250 meals. The role involves preparing homemade dishes, handling preparation and cooking, following recipes and seasonal products, and supporting the kitchen brigade. The position offers a permanent contract, €12.85 gross per hour, 24 hours per week over 36 weeks during the school term, and additional hours at other Api sites if needed. A hospitality and catering qualification, significant catering experience, culinary techniques, and HACCP knowledge are preferred.
