Description
The Cook will prepare and present food, plan kitchen processes, support the Sous Chef and Head Chef, and monitor HACCP hygiene and food-safety standards. The role requires cook training or a comparable qualification, several years of professional experience, modern cooking and kitchen-equipment skills, and German and English language ability. It is a 40-hour, five-day workweek at the Mountain restaurant “Das Weitblick” in St. Ulrich am Pillersee, with accommodation, meals, employee discounts, and training opportunities.
