Levy is hiring a Cook for its culinary team at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston, Texas. The role prepares high-quality food for conventions, trade shows, banquets, concessions, and special events in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include cooking menu items, executing large-scale food production, maintaining portion control and food safety, managing inventory and station setup, operating kitchen equipment, and collaborating with chefs. Previous high-volume food-service experience is preferred, and food handler certification is required or obtainable upon hire.
