Dexterra Signature Dining is hiring a Cook to prepare and serve high-quality meals in a fast-paced commercial kitchen. The role includes food preparation, cooking with commercial equipment, portioning and presentation, food safety and HACCP compliance, sanitation, inventory management, equipment maintenance, and customer service. Candidates need 1–3 years of commercial or institutional kitchen experience, food-handler certification or the ability to obtain it within 30 days, strong food-preparation and knife skills, and the ability to work independently and stand for extended periods. The position requires reliable transportation, a background check, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
