Description
The Cook prepares and cooks a variety of dishes for a hotel's menu, maintains food quality and presentation, follows food-safety and sanitation procedures, assists with inventory, and collaborates with kitchen and front-of-house staff. The role requires hospitality cooking experience, knowledge of cooking techniques and equipment, teamwork, and flexibility for variable shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays. It is a full-time position with occasional overtime in a commercial kitchen.
