Description
The Cook assists in preparing and executing dishes while maintaining Jacopo’s quality and presentation standards. Responsibilities include following recipes, completing mise en place, maintaining hygiene and food safety, keeping workstations organized, collaborating with kitchen and service staff, and participating in cleanup and closing procedures. The role requires previous restaurant kitchen experience, strong organization and attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, and flexible availability for evenings and weekends.
