Description
Great Western Dining Service is hiring a Cook at its Seminole State College location to prepare meals for various meal periods and special events. The role involves setting up workstations, preparing and portioning ingredients, following recipes, presenting dishes, maintaining a sanitized kitchen, storing items properly, and following HACCP and safety policies. Candidates need proven cook experience, knowledge of cooking methods and commercial kitchen equipment, sanitation and teamwork skills, and strong communication. The position requires continuous standing or walking and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds, and pays $13 per hour.
