Description
The Heart of House supports restaurant operations by preparing, cooking, and plating food; maintaining food quality and sanitation; managing inventory and deliveries; operating kitchen equipment; and assisting with maintenance. The role requires working in a fast-paced team environment, following food-safety and service standards, and physically standing, walking, bending, and lifting 25–50 pounds.
