Description
The Cook prepares classic hot dishes for the hotel’s afternoon buffet and cooks a five-course evening menu, following recipes, quality standards, mise en place, hygiene, and HACCP requirements. The role requires reliable, organized teamwork, attention to taste and presentation, and coordination with kitchen management and the service team. Culinary training or comparable experience is preferred, and the position is based at Hotel Winzer Wellness & Kuscheln in St. Georgen im Attergau.
