The Cook prepares and produces all dishes independently, follows recipes, complies with HACCP standards, and completes daily cleaning tasks. The role is available on a part-time basis of 20 hours per week, up to full-time within operating hours, and requires a completed cook apprenticeship, customer orientation, quality awareness, teamwork, and enjoyment of working with people.
