Description
The Cook prepares food for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special or catered events at 145 Starlite Street, South San Francisco, California. The role includes following food-safety, HACCP, kitchen-organization, and workplace-safety procedures; preparing recipes from production sheets; cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas; and reporting ingredient, food, or equipment issues. The position requires at least one year of professional cooking experience or equivalent education, involves standing for up to eight hours and lifting up to 35 pounds, and pays $26.00–$29.00 per hour for approximately 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday work.
