Description
The Cook prepares hot and cold food for residents, guests, and personnel, including meals for modified diets, and follows menus, production sheets, recipes, portion control, sanitation, and serving procedures. The role also instructs servers, handles food storage and inventory, maintains kitchen equipment and work areas, and participates in training. It is a full-time position with Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday shifts from 10:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., paying $23.69–$27.81 per hour, and requires at least one year of similar experience, safe-food-handling certification, and the ability to work flexible hours and perform physically demanding tasks.
