Description
The Cook prepares and presents food for Luckys, the Buffet, and the Employee Dining Room while maintaining quality, food-safety, sanitation, and production standards. The role includes prep work, recordkeeping, equipment and cooler maintenance, waste documentation, guest service, and compliance with gaming and safety policies. Full-time positions offer medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, holiday pay, a 401(k), and weekly pay. Applicants must be at least 18, have one year of prior restaurant cooking experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, and be able to obtain a gaming license.
