Description
The Banquet Cook I will prepare and cook banquet menu items to guest specifications, follow recipes and production specifications, maintain food safety and sanitation, label and store ingredients, set up and close kitchen stations, and support advance preparation and workload management. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, previous line cook experience, knife-handling and basic prep skills, strong manual dexterity, and the ability to work long hours in a fast-paced kitchen. The position offers a $500 sign-on bonus, $14.00-$17.75 per hour, flexible scheduling, and medical, dental, and vision insurance after 30 days of employment.
