Description
The Cook prepares high-quality food for service, follows recipes and presentation standards, works efficiently in a high-volume kitchen, maintains a clean and sanitary station, resets the area after service, collaborates with teammates, and supports guest service. The role requires basic kitchen equipment and food-handling knowledge, strong communication, teamwork, the ability to stand for an entire shift and lift up to 40 pounds, and flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays. One to two years of food and beverage experience in a high-volume kitchen is preferred. The position offers starting pay of $15 per hour, full-time and part-time availability, a $1,000 sign-on bonus, free meals, a uniform, promotions from within, benefits, a 401(k) plan, and tuition reimbursement.
