Description
The School Age Center Cook prepares and cooks meats, fish, poultry, soups, stocks, sauces, platters, salads, and complete meals; adjusts standardized recipes, performs yield testing, coordinates cooking times, and prepares garnishes. The position is assigned to the School Age Center, operates Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with occasional weekends or extended hours, and requires applicants to be at least 18 years old, complete background and physical requirements, obtain current immunizations, and complete Food Handlers certification.
