Description
The Cook prepares food according to Pinehurst standards, controls portions and garnishes dishes, maintains food quality and appearance on buffets and plated service, manages food rotation and storage, keeps workstations and equipment clean and sanitized, and completes prep for the next shift. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, and involves standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in hot, cold, and occasionally outdoor environments.
