Description
The Cook I prepares and presents cafeteria menu items during service, follows preparation lists, assists with kitchen operations, bulk preparation, catering, product receiving, cleaning, cold prep, salad and grab-and-go production, and hot-line service. The role follows HACCP and food-safety guidelines, receives and stores kitchen deliveries, and works Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. during the school schedule.
