Cook at Region Gotland

Gotlands folkhögskola is hiring a Cook for a temporary replacement position at its Fårösund unit. The role prepares breakfast, lunch, and refreshments for participants, staff, and visitors; includes menu planning and ordering; and is responsible for food quality, food handling, hygiene, and allergen management. The cook will work with the service group and educators in a collaborative kitchen environment. The temporary replacement is scheduled from 261102 to 270910, with the possibility of working until summer 2027. Applicants should be trained cooks with several years of experience, while vegan and vegetarian cooking, kitchen finances, large-scale and restaurant kitchen experience, and strong customer and collaboration skills are advantageous.
