Le Coquillage is hiring an experienced Cook to prepare and serve the restaurant's services under the Executive Chef. The role involves preparing culinary items, setting up and maintaining the workstation, plating dishes, using seasonal and regional products, maintaining food quality and hygiene, and collaborating with the kitchen crew. The position requires culinary training and significant fine-dining experience, offers two days off per week, and is on a fixed-term contract until January 3, 2027, with compensation from €12.31 gross per hour.
