The role involves preparing and portioning breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals; plating and garnishing; coordinating meal preparation and delivery; following standardized recipes; maintaining kitchen and equipment cleanliness; managing inventory and purchasing; rotating stock; developing recipes; ensuring compliance; and handling last-minute special-event requests. The cook should be classically trained and experienced in a high-volume culinary environment.
