Cook at Southbridge

Southbridge Care Homes is hiring a part-time Cook for its new long-term care home in Exeter, Ontario, with an hourly wage of $22.73. The Cook reports to the Food Service Manager and prepares and serves resident meals, including therapeutic diets and complex dishes, while maintaining kitchen records, monitoring supplies and equipment, and directing dietary aides. The role requires culinary or food-and-nutrition training, institutional cooking experience, and the ability to work safely and lead others; Red Seal certification and large-quantity cooking experience are preferred. A negative vulnerable-sector check and a recent two-step TB skin test are also required.
