Friendship Village is hiring a full-time Cook for its Life-Care senior living community. The role prepares soups, stocks, sauces, and a wide range of cooked foods according to standardized recipes and special diet orders, plans food production, and coordinates with meal-serving schedules. The position requires a high school diploma, English proficiency, basic math and instruction-following skills, and at least two years of quantity cooking experience. Cooks are typically scheduled for four 10-hour shifts per week and every other weekend, with a starting pay of $17.00 per hour and medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid holidays, and paid time off benefits.
