Lake Seminole Square is hiring a hospitality-focused Bistro Cook to perform full-scope, hands-on production cooking in the Community Culinary Bistro. The role includes preparing menu cycles and dietary meals, maintaining food quality and sanitation, assisting with meal service and ware washing, evaluating food service, and representing the community. Applicants need a high school diploma, a culinary degree is preferred, and at least one year of restaurant, senior living, or equivalent cooking experience.
