Description
The Osborn is hiring a full-time Cook in Rye, New York, to prepare and cook meats, poultry, seafood, vegetables, and other menu items while following recipes, food-safety procedures, and chef instructions. The role includes cooking with various methods, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, monitoring inventory, checking ingredient quality, and assisting with kitchen setup and stocking. Candidates should have food-preparation and cooking experience, knowledge of food-handling and sanitation standards, strong teamwork and communication skills, and flexibility to work AM, PM, mid-shift, weekends, and other shifts as needed. The position pays $27.34 per hour and runs Wednesday through Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
