TravelCenters of America is hiring a Cook to prepare and present quality food for travelers at its travel-center restaurants. The role includes prep and grill cooking, ingredient preparation, plate presentation, food-safety and waste-control procedures, equipment maintenance, and communication with leaders and coworkers. Previous food-service experience is preferred, along with strong verbal communication, flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to work in an outdoor environment with occasional exposure to fumes, moving mechanical parts, vibration, and heavy lifting.
