HMSHost is hiring a Cook - HMS Host for its Chicago Airport F&B location. The role prepares cooked foods across fry, flat-top griddle, pantry, and egg stations; communicates ticket times and problems; maintains food safety and sanitation standards; operates kitchen equipment; and stocks and rotates products. The position requires food preparation skills, HACCP knowledge, at least one year of closely related cooking experience, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work in a hot environment. Advertised compensation is $19.00 to $30.40, with a Cook - HMS Host rate of $21.90 to $22.40 per hour.
