The role prepares quality food for residents, guests, and employees using standardized recipes, sets up and cleans workstations, distributes food, restocks supplies, and maintains kitchen sanitation and organization. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, Florida SafeStaff certification or the ability to obtain it within 90 days, at least two years of culinary experience in a high-volume full-service dining environment, food-production cooking knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency, basic math and knife-handling skills, English communication ability, and willingness to provide leadership.
