Leisure Vale Assisted Living is hiring a Cook for its assisted living facility in Glendale, California. The Cook works Thursday through Monday from 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., reviewing menus, preparing regular and therapeutic meals according to menus, standardized recipes, special diet orders, and nutrition requirements, and assisting with timely meal service. The role requires at least one year of cooking experience, large-volume food preparation experience, and a food handler's card; a high school diploma and healthcare-facility dietary experience are preferred.
