Description
The Culinary Associate will prepare and cook meals and substitute items, control cooking equipment, portion and garnish food, maintain food logs, monitor food quality and quantity, and communicate with guests and food-service staff. The role also supports hiring, training, scheduling, and employee development; follows safety and company policies; and requires physical work involving standing, lifting, bending, and reaching. A technical, trade, or vocational school degree and at least three years of related work experience are preferred, while no supervisory experience or license or certification is required.
