Description
The Food & Nutrition Director supervises food preparation and service for residents and participants, ensuring timely, nutritious, and safe meals while coordinating with food service, nursing, and program directors. The role includes maintaining dietary storage areas, monitoring food safety and temperature logs, supporting special events, and communicating with staff and managers. It requires a high school diploma or equivalency, effective communication, tactful personnel handling, and 1–2 years of cooking experience, with a Sunday-through-Wednesday schedule of 32 hours per week and compensation of $22–$24 per hour.
