The role prepares food according to standardized recipes and service schedules, controls portions and temperatures, maintains kitchen cleanliness and food-safety standards, operates kitchen equipment, and supports production planning, recordkeeping, and ordering. Prior line cook and pantry experience is required, and the schedule is 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. with varying days. The pay range is $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, with PTO, holiday pay, and full-time benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
