Compass Group is hiring a full-time Cook for its Newark, Delaware restaurant. The role prepares food according to standardized recipes, controls portions and serving temperatures, maintains kitchen cleanliness and equipment, follows food-safety and HACCP standards, and supports production planning, ordering, and reporting. Previous cooking experience is preferred, while basic egg-cooking and grilling knowledge is required. The schedule is Monday through Friday with hours that may vary, and the pay range is $17.00 to $21.00 per hour.
