Compass Group is hiring a full-time Cook for its University of North Alabama food service operation in Florence, Alabama. The role prepares meals according to standardized recipes, controls portions and temperatures, maintains kitchen cleanliness and food-safety standards, operates kitchen equipment, and supports production planning and supply receiving. The schedule is Friday through Tuesday from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and weekends from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., with online applications accepted until the position is filled. Prior cooking experience is required, and the pay range is $15.00 to $17.00 per hour.
