The role prepares food according to standardized recipes, controls portions and serving temperatures, maintains kitchen cleanliness and food-safety standards, operates kitchen equipment, and supports production planning and ordering. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, with a fixed pay rate of $22.00 per hour. Two years of cooking or grilling experience in a high-volume, guest-facing environment is preferred, and the employer is willing to train.
