Canteen is hiring a full-time Cook for its Center for Rehab in Chicago, Illinois. The role prepares food according to standardized recipes and service schedules, controls portions and temperatures, maintains food safety and HACCP standards, cleans and organizes the kitchen, and supports production planning, recordkeeping, and supply receiving. Previous food preparation, cooking, and food safety experience is required. The schedule is full time, with days varying and hours generally from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and the fixed pay rate is $18.00 per hour.
