Compass Group is hiring a full-time Cook for the Corteva Ceres Cafe in Johnston, Iowa. The role prepares food according to standardized recipes, controls portions and serving temperatures, maintains kitchen cleanliness and food-safety standards, operates kitchen equipment, and supports production planning and ordering. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with no evenings or weekends. The fixed pay rate is $20.00 per hour, and previous catering, open-line, and baking experience is preferred.
