Compass Group is hiring a full-time Cook for its University of Montevallo food service operation. The role prepares high-quality food according to standardized recipes, controls portions and serving temperatures, maintains kitchen cleanliness and food-safety standards, operates kitchen equipment, and supports production planning, recordkeeping, and supply receiving. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with prior high-volume cooking experience required and a fixed pay rate of $17.00 per hour.
