The role prepares food according to standardized recipes and service schedules, controls portions and temperatures, maintains kitchen cleanliness and food-safety standards, operates kitchen equipment, and supports production planning, ordering, and reporting. The schedule is 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with possible day variations, and pays $22.00 to $24.00 per hour.
