Compass Group is hiring a full-time Cook for Flik Independent School Dining at The Carey School in San Mateo, California. The role prepares food according to standardized recipes and production schedules, controls portions and serving temperatures, maintains kitchen cleanliness and food-safety standards, and supports production planning, recordkeeping, ordering, and equipment maintenance. Applicants must have 2 to 3 years of high-volume cooking experience; allergen knowledge is preferred. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with online applications accepted only. Pay is $21.00 to $23.00 per hour, with free meals, uniforms, and laundering service available at select locations.
