The role prepares food according to standardized recipes, controls portions and serving temperatures, maintains kitchen cleanliness and food-safety standards, operates kitchen equipment, and supports production planning and ordering. Previous cooking or batch cooking experience is required, preferably in a restaurant or fine-dining environment. The schedule is full time and flexible, with pay of $15.00 to $19.00 per hour and ongoing applications accepted until the position is filled.
