Unidine is hiring a full-time Cook for its Schooner Cove location in Damariscotta, Maine. The role prepares food according to standardized recipes and service schedules, controls portions and temperatures, maintains kitchen cleanliness and food-safety standards, operates kitchen equipment, and supports production planning and ordering. Prior line cook experience is required, preferably in a full-service restaurant. The schedule runs Wednesday through Sunday with hours that may vary, and the pay range is $25.00 to $30.00 per hour, with a $500 sign-on bonus.
