Compass Group is hiring a full-time Cook for Sidecar by The Centurion Lounge in Las Vegas. The role prepares food according to standardized recipes, controls portions and temperatures, maintains kitchen cleanliness and food-safety standards, operates kitchen equipment, and supports production planning and ordering. The overnight shift runs from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am, with days that may vary. Applicants must have at least one year of kitchen-prep experience, and the pay range is $21.50 to $23.00 per hour.
