Description
The Food Preparation and Service role prepares, cleans, cooks, and serves meals in a kitchen, including meats, soups, vegetables, sauces, gravies, salads, and desserts. The position also maintains cooking equipment, stores and rotates food, monitors inventory, receives deliveries, and keeps the kitchen safe and sanitary. It requires one year of increasingly responsible food preparation experience or equivalent education and experience, a Food Handler's Registration, a drug and alcohol test, and background checks. The role is based at 2515 S Congress Ave, Austin, TX 78704, with Monday-Friday hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some holidays, nights, and weekends.
