The role follows standardized recipes, maintains food quality and portion control, ensures compliance with health and sanitation regulations, and assists the Sous Chef or Chef with cold production. The Cook must have a high school diploma or GED, be proficient with kitchen machinery and basic cooking utensils, and maintain current ServSafe certification.
